The location is GREAT, near to many attractions!!! The breakfast buffet was also very good, offering a nice selection. The staff members were always very friendly and helpful, especially with directions. I appreciated the convenient access to the shopping area and restaurants.

The room I booked was really small, a little different from the photos online. There was not much space with a tiny bed on one side. a chair and table. The shower cubicle was also VERY tiny.

The location was AMAZING!!! I found it easy to reach all the major attractions. The staff was also very helpful and kind, always ready to assist with directions. The breakfast had a nice variety of options and the food was AMAZING!!!

The room I was given was very small. It felt quite cramped. The noise isolation was bad. I could hear people talking in the corridor, difficult to sleep.

I found the location quite convenient. The hotel is near many attractions. I did appreciate the breakfast. It offered a nice variety of food options each morning.

I noticed the sound insulation was not great. I heard hallway noise fairly easily. This made sleeping difficult sometimes.

The breakfast choices were really good! I appreciated bacon, eggs, beans, sausages, cereals, breads and fruits. The hotel is super close to the major shopping area! Many cafes and restaurants are nearby, I appreciated that. The staff was always very friendly and helpful, I'm grateful.

the location suited me well. it was a short walk to the train station. the room also had tea and coffee making facilities. i found complimentary water refills very useful throughout my stay.

The bathroom sink drained slowly. It was a minor inconvenience though i did expect better maintenance. the lack of a mini fridge was also noticeable, especially for storing drinks and snacks.
